We stayed at a hotel close to our family's home and found it to be very convenient. The best aspects were the hotel's location, right in the middle of the city on a street nearby everything we needed, and the parking facilities that made our stay hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel had great transportation options for getting around this city.

Excellent hotel, spatious suites (entry hall, two rooms, separate kitchen and bathroom) for family of four. Very clean, conditioned air, kitchen ustensils, three elevators, located on the main round about of Carballino downtown, which is an adorable little town in the heart of Galicia, not far from Ourense. Lots of shopping and restaurants around, market days every other tuesday serving awsome seafood! Also excellent wines to be tasted in numerous wineries around. I'm not easy to please, and this was probably the best hotel was stayed at during vacation in Madrid, Barcelona, Girona and Galicia!

Nice clean room, nice location, friendly staff. No designated hotel parking but was able to park for free on the street nearby.

Location is great with everything you need just a few steps away. You can easily find nice restaurants and cafes on the same street. the hotel is also in the heart of the city, so it's very convenient to reach anywhere you want. the room and the bathroom are very clean, with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is quite nice, with a variety of fresh foods to choose from.

The soundproofing of the room is not perfect, so sometimes you can hear people outside chatting in front of the building.

We went for a romantic escape and found the location very convenient to our planned activities. The pre-check-in communication via WhatsApp worked well and the spacious apartment had a comfortable bed and a nice kitchen.

The reception and concierge desk were closed, and we never saw any employees. The notes threatening to sue guests for smoking were aggressive and unwelcoming.

The apartment was spacious and well, equipped, with a comfortable bed and a big smart TV to unwind from a day exploring the city. the pre, checkin communication was easy and the self check, in worked smoothly. the location was amazing, being close to the centre and key attractions.

the lack of good curtains led to little clarity in the room and noise from outside that disturbed our rest.
